Kayla Brissi became the new director of Rapids Rec Soccer in 2022. With a wealth of knowledge, skills, experience, and a passion for sports, she brings a fresh perspective and a drive to grow the recreational soccer program. Her focus on developing the next generation of athletes extends beyond the playing field. She aims to instill a lifelong love for the game while molding well-rounded individuals ready to impact society positively. We are grateful for her commitment and dedication to Rapids Rec Soccer and are excited about the positive changes she is bringing to our organization and recreational soccer program.

Meet Kayla Brissi

Kayla Brissi is a driven and compassionate individual on a mission to positively impact her community. As a dedicated member of the Wisconsin Rapids Rec Soccer and Rapids Area Soccer Inc. (R.A.S.I.) boards, she works tirelessly to provide inclusive and growth-focused soccer programs for the youth, sparking their love for the game. With a selfless and generous spirit, Kayla gives her time, skills, and expertise to various community initiatives demonstrating her dedication to making a difference. On the soccer field or when coaching other sports, her energy and enthusiasm are contagious, instilling a lifelong passion for sports in young athletes. Her unwavering commitment to making a difference, unique skill set, and fondness for sports make Kayla an invaluable asset to our board and community. When she's not volunteering with our organization, Kayla enjoys reading books, expanding her knowledge, and spending quality time with her family.

Becoming a board member requires commitment and active involvement in supporting, improving, and growing the organization throughout the year, not only when soccer is in season. Board members' children play for free, and reimbursement is provided at the season's end upon completing their duties.
