Welcome to the Rapids Rec Soccer online registration page!

Spring 2026 Player Registration Information

Registration for the spring 2026 season is available from January 12th - February 28th!

Is your player 5 years old by 4/18/26 OR under 18 on or after 5/14/26?

If YES, your player qualifies to play Rapids Rec Soccer!

Player registration is $20 per player, and ALL players must have a reversible Rapids Rec Soccer jersey.

If your player does not have one from a previous season, please purchase one during registration for $25.

Friendly Reminders for Parents/Guardians:

  • Special requests noted with your player's registration will be considered but cannot be guaranteed (i.g. Coach requests, practice day or time, etc.).

  • Practices are typically held once per week at the coach's discretion.

  • Team switching is prohibited once finalized by the Division Commissioner and approved by the Director.

  • Team standings are not recorded to alleviate the pressures of competition.

  • There is a NO JEWELRY or other accessories (i.g, watches or smart watches, fitness trackers, baseball hats, etc.) policy for players, with no exceptions to this rule.

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for excessive negativity on our fields by coaches, players, and spectators.

  • We are fully dedicated to teaching players the fundamentals of soccer in an enjoyable, non-competitive approach.

  • You are required to complete two hours of volunteer time this season per family, OR you may choose to pay the $100 volunteer buyout. For more information about our volunteer policy, please review it here.

    Reminder: Beginning with the Fall 2025 season, all households are charged a $100 volunteer deposit/buyout at the time of player registration.
    • If your family plans to volunteer, the $100 payment will be refunded upon completion of your required volunteer hours for the current season.
    • If your family does not want to volunteer, we have collected your fee, and no further action is required by your household. 

We understand this may cause some families to experience financial hardship. If that is the case, please get in touch with our Director at info@rapidsrecsoccer.com to discuss financial aid options. 

Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS except for medical reasons. A doctor's note is required to receive a refund before the season begins with our Coaches Clinic on April 7th from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at MSTC in the gymnasium.

Game dates are as follows: 4/18, 4/25, 5/2, 5/9, and 5/16. 

Photography:

Rapids Rec Soccer has partnered with Kaz Conrad Photography for team and individual player photos. Coaches and players receive a digital copy of their team's photos for FREE as part of our partnership with the photographer. Individual player photos are $20/each and are optional but highly recommended. Below are samples of the team and individual player photos from previous soccer seasons!

Team and individual photo dates are 5/2 and 5/9. Your player's team will be assigned a date and time for their pictures. Individual player and team pictures will be done together in a 15-minute time slot on game days at the Washington Soccer Fields. All images are a digital download! A link to a folder with the pictures and the copyright release will be sent at the end of the soccer season. Stay tuned for more information to come!

Spring 2026 Referee Registration Information

Referee registration for the spring 2026 season is available from January 12th  - March 15th!

If your child will be 10 years old by April 1, 2026, and would like to make some extra money while learning more about the game of soccer, please have them register or sign them up to be a referee!

The Referee Coordinators will provide training for all new and seasoned referees. 

Mandatory training will be held on Thursday, April 9th, from 5-7 pm at MSTC for classroom training in room TBD, and Friday, April 10th, from 5-7 pm at the Washington soccer fields for hands-on training.

Referees can choose their schedule each week during the season. Our season starts on April 18th and ends on May 16th. Games are typically played on various fields between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
